Can I return a physical book? — Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Books must be unmarked and in original condition. We'll refund the full purchase price.

Can I return an ebook? — Due to the digital nature, ebooks are non-returnable. If you experience technical issues, please contact support within 7 days for assistance.

How do I start a return? — Log into your account, go to Orders, and click "Return". You'll receive a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

What formats do you offer? — We support EPUB, MOBI, and PDF. Most ebooks are available in all three formats. You can choose at checkout.

Which devices are supported? — EPUB works on Apple Books, Google Play Books, and most readers (except Kindle). MOBI is for Kindle devices. PDF works everywhere.
